One of the UK's most renowned restaurateurs and caterers, a well known chef, broadcaster and cookery writer. Prue is one of the country's foremost authority on all things culinary, and she is a past winner of The Veuve Clicquot Business Woman of the Year. Prue has been much involved with charities, particularly those encouraging cooking in schools and professional qualifications for chefs.
What is probably less well known about her that she is also the published author of three works of fiction. Prue will talk to us about her new found role as a writer and where these new found skills will take her!
