Countryside Walk: Llandenny
Venue: Ancient Hill Fort and Fantastic Views near Llandenny
Join Monmouthshire Countryside Service for a 5 mile (8km) walk through undulating countryside and country lanes, passing an ancient hill fort. Assistance dogs only please. Wear boots or stout shoes and bring a waterproof coat. Lots of stiles, one medium slope on route.
Take the Chepstow Road out of Raglan. After 2 ¼ miles (3.8 km) turn right at the road signposted “Llandenny 1”. After 900 metres park carefully on the verge on the side of the road near a gate on your left before the road goes over the dual carriageway (SO 421 042).
