70 exhibitors promote their local produce, with tea and homemade cakes on sale those in need of refreshment. On the stage, celebrity chefs offer cook offs and demonstrations. Local schools take part in a live Pizza competition which is also judged on stage. In the streets outside the market hall, more stands spill onto the streets a demonstration of apple pressing draws the crowds and local butchers around the town centre add to the festival feel by offering freshly cooked hot dogs and burgers.
