Come and enjoy a day making real break using good, simple ingredients. We are currently holding one-day courses in our Welsh longhouse kitchen, in a beautiful hidden valley near Monmouth. There are six places on each course and everyone is welcome, regardless of ability. After baking lunch will be served where you can relax and enjoy some homemade autumn casserole.
