The Amphitheatre will echo to the sound of marching feet as the soldier's display the weapons that made the Roman army the best fighting force on earth. There will be tours of the Roman remains, children's activities, and plenty of things going on in our stalls from other Museums and attractions. ■Discover everyday life as you walk around the encampment. ■Dare you visit the Roman doctor with his unusual and fascinating cures? ■Try some Roman food and watch the soldiers make and repair weapons.
f you feel like something a bit more active, why not try our gladiator school? And you don't have to be a child to join in - grab your sword and try out a few moves! Once you've paid you're entrance fee - everything apart from the food is included. Come and see life 2,000 years ago and have an activity packed day out for all the family!
