Already confirmed are Derek Brockway and Sue Charles from BBC Wales and the Ready Steady Cook Kitchen. Five local school choirs will also be perfroming live on stage throughout the day. This event is one of the key premier Welsh Food Festivals in Wales.

THE FOOD
One must sample Welsh Black Beef, the rose coloured beef is indigenous to the area and of the highest quality. Quality can also be associated with its pork and lamb, which is widely available in local farm shops, delicatessens and butchers. There is a strong tradition of farmhouse dairy production throughout, and this is reflected in the range of speciality cheeses available. Local producers, a number of these specialising in organic farming, baking, supply fresh fruit and vegetables, resulting in produce of the finest quality.
