We're very lucky to have Bettina Reeves visiting the studio to host a unique workshop, exploring the techniques and inspiration behind her designs for the Abergavenny Food Festival. THE FOOD
One must sample Welsh Black Beef, the rose coloured beef is indigenous to the area and of the highest quality. Quality can also be associated with its pork and lamb, which is widely available in local farm shops, delicatessens and butchers. There is a strong tradition of farmhouse dairy production throughout, and this is reflected in the range of speciality cheeses available. Local producers, a number of these specialising in organic farming, baking, supply fresh fruit and vegetables, resulting in produce of the finest quality.
