Wild Food, Great Taste

Liz Knight of Forage Fine Foods and Kather Marland of Kather's Kitchen will be preparing a wild gourmet feast taking you on a gastronomic journey through the year's wild pickings. They have already started gathering, storing, pickling, preserving and bottling some of the best wild finds of 2013 ready for this special one-off event. This celebration of the year's bountiful harvest will take place in the stunning banqueting hall at Treowen, Dingestow - one of the most unusual and remarkable historic houses in Monmouthshire.
