The very best of Monmouthshire art, craft, jewellery and textiles and food will be on show in one of the county's finest listed buildings that is rarely open to the public.
Plans are well underway for the annual Made in Monmouthshire Arts and Food Festival taking place at Hilston Park over the second May band holiday weekend.
Now in its fourth year the popular event has expanded this year to include Made in Monmouthshire food members as well as artists and makers. A number of the food producers exhibiting have received top awards at the recent TrueTaste of Wales competition.
The free event open from 10am on both Saturday 25th May and Sunday 26th caters for both young and old with activities for children, live music and onsite catering for lunch and afternoon teas.
Hilston Park, near Abergavenny is ideally suited to the event; it's magnificent architecture, rarely accessible to the public, setting off the artistry of the county's top jewellers, ceramicists, glassmakers, weavers, painters and woodturners alongside some of the county's finest food producers.
