As supper Clubs increase in popularity across the country, Mark Coulton continues to combine fantastic locations with award winning food to produce a culinary experience like no other. Unlike most Supper Club owners, Mark is not just a talented amateur, he's a professional chef in his own right! This month, the Supper Club experience comes from Pant-Y-Goitre House in the heart of Monmouthshire.

MENU Gin & Tonic's and Martini's served upon arrival. Canapes served in the drawing room. STARTER Local duck and oriental noodle salad with a soy and sesame dressing. MAIN Slow cooked Wye Valley beef with a wild mushroom and red wine sauce served with fondant potatoes and caramelized onions. DESSERT Three layer chocolate terrine with penderyn whiskey cream.
