Fire and Form
@ Craft Renaissance
Exhibition showcasing the best of local talent.

Sculptural Forms Ed Harrison Ed is an amazing woodcarver and sculptor based in West Wales. He has exhibited widely and is a regular guest exhibition carving at events in the UK and abroad. Raku pottery Jane Malvisi Jane is an old friend, based in South Wales, we love her work - fabulous freestanding horse heads, Welsh ladies, cushion forms and elegant porcelain vessels. During this exhibition she will be running Raku workshops. So if you are keen to learn Raku firing and to 'paint with smoke' come and join these workshops. Details will follow on the classes pages Andrew Niblett Andrew lives in Cinderford. We have known him since the gallery first opened in 2002. This is the first time we have had an exhibition with Andrew since we re-opened in 2010 - so it is long overdue. His work is quite different to Jane's - unusual forms, with a petrol on water lustre and complemented by his fascination with ordnance. Pieces include shrapnel, casings and triggers.
We also have work by Raku ceramicist Jane Malvisi, notably her stunning herd of horses collection.
