Lindy Wildsmith a food and travel writer who lives in rural Hereforshire is probably best known to you as the cookery writer for Monnow Voice. For our opening event Lindy has put together a tasting session in conjunction with Three Choirs Vineyards which will certainly put some pezazz into your Friday lunchime! Her new book Cured: salting, drying, smoking, spicing, potting, pickling and raw with respected photographer Simon Wheeler (Jacquis Small) was published in the summer and she was invited to speak about it at the Abergavenny Food Festival in September.
