Damsel and Dragonflies

Join Sarah Jones of the Monmouthshire Countryside Service for a short family walk to observe the creatures that fly in the air around the pond at Drybridge Nature Park. Make a dragonfly to take home.

Family event - children to be accompanied by an adult. A "barrier free" activity. Accessible toilet on site. Assistance dogs only please. Indoor facilities if wet. Enter Monmouth near the tunnels at the bottom end of the town. Carry straight on at the traffic lights at the new Monnow Bridge. Carry on over at a roundabout near the old Monnow Bridge and turn right at the next mini roundabout. Pass the Ambulance and Fire Stations on your left and look out carefully for a turning on your left just before the next mini roundabout. Follow the road into Drybridge Park and turn right at the sign for Overmonnow Primary School. Park outside the School (SO 500 126).
